It began in May 1970 as a café department on a mission to James Street, BC. In 1973, this foothold developed into a bookstore. On First Avenue, Lando and several other young people lived behind. House of James is 12 feet wide and 50 feet long. With an initial investment of about $ 700, the journey began. Lando moved to a larger place in 1976 and provided more books, Bibles and records.
