The founders of Heirloom Pizzeria are two Israeli chefs who started meeting during the pandemic. On their first date, they cooked in a small studio apartment with a makeshift kitchen in the valley. Osher is a chef and Zoey is an amateur cook, both have a passion for food and people. When they made their first pizza, they had no baking experience, just an electric oven. The terrible results made them want to perfect it, but after many tries and failures, they almost gave up. After months of rigorous self-education (and obsession), Heirloom Pizzeria has developed a recipe they're proud of, and they're excited to share their pizza with Los Angeles and the world.
